Wave Imaging provides document scanning and digital archiving services for document-intensive companies. Over the years, they had grown and expanded their offering of services. This made their existing site outdated. They called on us to design and build a new one.
The company’s range of services is extensive, and each service is complex. This meant that the site would hold a lot of content. Our first step was to create a flow chart that showed the top-level pages and how the lower-level pages fit in. This step was beneficial to Wave Imaging because it required them to think about how they present and sell their services to their clients.
After we agreed on the flow chart, we began designing and building the site. It features several Flash animations, a content management system and other technology that helps them sell their services. The new web site has been instrumental in helping Wave Imaging attract more qualified clients and grow.
