Pan Pacific Retail Properties is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that specializes in shopping centers. One of their large properties, Anaheim Plaza, is located in the heart of the tourism district of Anaheim. They called on us to help them attract tourists to the plaza.
We had previously developed a print ad campaign that was running in local tourist-centered publications. Our next tactic was to help them implement a hotel rack card program for the surrounding hotels. On the front of the rack cards, we used the same messaging as was in the print ad campaign. On the back of the cards was a store listing. In addition to developing the creative content, we also handled the printing and fulfillment services.
